PartnershipsOur partnerships are built around ensuring that victims have access to the most appropriate services. There are over 1,200 agencies in Toronto and Victim Services had used all of them at one time or another. Our most prominent partner is the Toronto Police Service because police officers are usually the first to arrive at the scene of a crime or tragic event. This partnership ensures that victims have immediate access to help and assistance. We work in partnership with countless other agencies to ensure that victims’ short and long term needs for support are met. We refer victims to agencies in their local communities.
