Partnerships

Victim Services Toronto has a long history of working, liaising and building meaningful connections with marginalized and isolated communities and/or individuals. We are proud of our 200+ partnerships with local community agencies and related businesses.

Our partnerships are built around ensuring that victims have access to the most appropriate services. There are over 1,200 agencies in Toronto, and Victim Services Toronto has used all of them at one time or another.

Toronto Police Service & Toronto Police Services Board

Our most prominent partners are The Toronto Police Service and the Toronto Police Services Board. Police officers are usually the first to arrive at the scene of the a crime or tragic event. The partnership ensures that victims have immediate access to help and assistance.

Our Meaningful Community Connections

We work in partnership with countless other agencies to ensure that victims’ short and long term needs for support are met. We refer victims to agencies in their local communities.
